How do you know it's a pine when they're juvenile? The evening grosbeak are easy as they do have a titch of yellow... well the males do. It's a wonderful shot again Matt.

The evening grosbeak is not native to this region in the summer. It rarely winters here, and does not nest.
Regardless, I'm best-guessing on this I.D., and hope for an accurate correction if I'm in error. The beak and plumage does it for me in every guidebook I have at hand.
