Your blind is a perfect perch to capture these kinds of images. The momma swallow in flight is incredible!

@Viewfinder: Thanks. This was actually shot on a different day, from a different blind than my other feeding swallow image.
This vantage is a trade-off. It has clear line of sight, but the deadwood is three times farther away than the other, so stunning close-ups are necessarily limited.
I couldn't believe this series of frames worked out the way it did.
Another superb Trujillo depiction of a bird's daily life. That is why I love your photos Matt. Not only are you a accomplished photographer but you bring so much more to the images you take. That small point of interest that other bird photographs often seem to lack.
