Great thumbnail montage. Pity we can't see more of the ducks - but the reflections in the thumbnails makes it very effective.

I know the feeling. The bane of my own personal photographic endeavors are typically vans (I'm up high enough to shoot over cars) that pull between me and the curb, blocking off a photo op that will never come again.

Really good job and great idea on bringing the missed shots as a composition, after all they are not miss shots at all I believe, since you were able to capture the photo, a really missed shot would have been that in the process of capturing this wonderful photos, your camera had vanished and turned into oblivion. =) Great composition Matt!
