@ Kelly- I spent three and a half years in Detroit. The standard USA slang adjectives have no effect. I've no idea what dialect you are speaking, but "corker" and "mate" hold a bit more linguistic weight than standard USA urban-speak. Which is to say, thank you for your continued enthusiasm, and please pepper it with all the colorful language you might see fit. An international vocabulary is payment in kind for my small efforts here. Cheers. (A salutation which works in select Detroit circles,) and Tanx Bradda.
