The woman on the bench briefly allowed me into her world when she commented on the danish I was eating (foreground on bench). She then went back to her conversation with whatever voices she alone hears. I felt fortunate to be included even briefly in the dialogue. She removed her lunch from her "home", and spoke continuously while she ate. Other than her initial comment, she did not address me again.
The affluent passers-by never even glanced at her.
